Our numbers are more than just way to track our progress and position in the local marketplace, they signify the extent to which our company has invested in the community. Park City can be a transformational place to live, and it's an honor helping our clients find homes in the town we love to call home.

Summer Mid-Year Market Report

According to the Salt Lake Board of Realtors report:

The price of a median single-family home in Salt Lake County increased 5 percent in the first half of 2014 (year-over-year) to $252,000 (preliminary figures), reaching nearly the same median sales price as in the summer of 2007.

Since the first quarter of 2012 (when home prices bottomed at a median price of $190,000) the median single-family home price in Salt Lake County has climbed nearly 30 percent. The Board's housing forecast for 2014 predicted that home prices would rise 5-7 percent (just a bit higher than the historic average of 4 percent), and sales of single-family homes would increase 7 percent to 12,500 homes.

We are thrilled to announce that according to REAL Trends' annual study, we maintained our #1 position in the Utah marketplace with over $1.8 billion in sales in 2013.
